- Context: Finally, all the hard work and countless hours paid off for this moment right here. Steph finally got drafted. He was picked up in the first round by the Golden State Warriors and the rest is history. As a rookie, his most notable performance was against the New York Knicks where he scored 44 points, showcasing his ability to compete with the highest level of competition and a sneak peek to his potential in the future of his career. As a rookie, he made the NBA All-Rookie first team and set the Warriors' rookie record for most three pointers made.

- Context: In Steph's freshman year at Davidson on January 20, 2007, he scored a career-high 32 points against Michigan in a nationally televised game. This was notably his best performance of his freshman year and set high remarks for his reputation in the media. - Context: The next year on March 28, 2008 the #10 seed Wildcats are the underdogs once again, matched up with #3 seed Wisconsin. Curry delivers once again ending with 33 points with a 50% field goal average in the game. This lead his team to a 50% 3-pt shooting percentage, helping them to the 17 point upset. This performance really highlighted Curry's ability to take over the game with his insane ability to score and shoot the ball. He impressed many NBA scouts once again and gained more popularity and respect among fans and other professionals.
