  • This triangle is important to keep balanced. The triangle Balancing this triangle is called Total Wellness.
  • Your health is what keeps you alive. Your health can be viewed as a triangle.

  • Physical activity is a big part of physical wellness. A failure to stay active will effect your physical wellness.
  • Physical activity is not the only componet of physical wellness. It is also your diet and your hygiene. So keep yourself clean and eat healthy.
  • Mental wellness is being comfortable with the people around you, your surrondings, and yourself
  • Your health is important. It is why you can run around and make friends. There is three different parts of the health triangle. Keeping it balanced means you will feel great and live longer.
  • Mental and Emotional Wellness
  • Emotional wellness is how you react to the events in your life. A big part of these things is how you respond to stress.
  • Physical wellness is how you take care of your body, including exercise, nutrition, and hygiene. Social wellness includes how you interact with people in social situations, including your friends and family. Mental/Emotional wellness is how you think, feel, and act.

  • Social wellness are abilities to understand and meet the needs of others,and to interact and listen to others.
  • There are five different aspects with physical activites that will effect your wellness. These include body fat composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Exercising with others can make you more likely to stick with it.

  • There are three stages of stress. The alarm stage is your fight or flight response. The resistance stage is when you chose to "fight", you may feel tired and weak because your body is using a lot of energy." The exhaustion stage is when the stress lasts a long time your body will become exhausted because it can no longer deal with the stress. To manage stress you can tell yourself that this stress will pass and you will be okay, focus on what matters most, or make sure your priorities are in place.
  • You will encounter many stressful events is your life. Stay positive, get a good nights rest , and talk to professionals when it gets to be too much.
  • Social wellness has decreased because of the digital age. Many people chose to isolate and be rude to others online. This being said there's still many ways to improve your social wellness. Be a good friend by spending quality time and listening to friends, take responiblity for you mistakes, and honor your commitments.
  • When you have strong social wellness you can balance and enjoy family, work, and fun. These people are respectful and kind.
