- H&M is fast growing online delivery platform.
- There are some faults in the App. Customer does not receive on time.
- App
- I Had bad experienced recently as the tracking system does not work for H&M. I am full time worker with two kids. So, I need to make sure how to maintain my time effectively.
- Opinion
- I am busy with my job and most of the time I am out and about. So , it is important for me to purchase something that is easy to access without internet.
- Service
- I buy lots of stuff at H&M as reasonable prices but not satisfied as payment through the app takes longer and it is awful.
- Feedback
- SHAMEBOLIC!Items never dispatch on time. Not accurate details of delivery date. Hermes is delivery partner with H&M . Always problem with update of delivery date and driver contact information.
- Ideas
- My friend recommended me to use Amazon as the service is amazing and deliver parcel within allocated times.
- HENCE, I am looking forward to try them again because of products and price.
