- So how's your life as a Filipino Mother? can you share your own kind of way when it comes to parenting?
- Us the Filipino Mothers, We always teach our child to be a Family-Oriented. Filipino mothers are the first responsible in teaching good manners and right conduct to their children. So there are times that we punish our kids physically but it doesn't mean that we don't love them. It's just one of our way to discipline them. I
- Oh really? If that's your way I don't have the rights to judge because we have a different way in parenting. But us the Latina Mothers. We also teach our children to be a respectful in many aspect by not punishing or hurting them physically. And hey, did you know that we also have many traditions, cultures and beliefs? Like celebrating parties, making time for our tribe to have an extended family get together for a meal. How about in the Philippines?
- Great! We have the same Traditions, cultures and beliefs. Here in Philippines one of our tradition is to say "po" at "opo" to show some respect when talking to elders. We used to go on a family gatherings or get together meal too! Everyone brings different dishes for the "salo-salo". We also love to go in parties, because it's really enjoying plus, our kids loves to attend those!
- Yes you're right! Did you know that We used to prepare snacks for our children? and we called it "Merienda". For sure you also love preparing those. Am I right?
- Yes so true! As a mother we love to see them full and satisfied with the food or snacks that we prepared. One of the reasons why we prepare snacks besides of being a thoughtful mother, it' is also for them to bring up more ideas while doing their home works.
- Oh my God! How did you know that! yes you're right. And here in the Philippines we called it "Miryenda". We love preparing those snacks especially when our kids are studying or when they finished their homeworks. Seeing them enjoying the food that we prepare makes our heart melt.

And you're right when you said that we want the best for our children. That's why we always guide and give them the most unconditional love that will make them foster self-confidence and has a long-lasting impact on developing their minds and shaping their conscience.
- Of course! same as mine, because we all know that Education is very important. So we're giving the support and love that they need. Oh wow! I can't believe that we have so many similarities despite of having a different country. We also have a differences but it doesn't matter as long as we are doing great as a mother. For sure all of us wants what's the best for our children and that is the most important thing.
