- But how did they know?
- According to scientists,modern organisms descended from ancient organisms.
- By studying fossils, scientists can learn how much or how little organisms have changed as life developed on Earthandhow different plants and animals are related to each other.
- It is because of fossils. Fossils are one of the evidence for the evolution of life on earth.
- Woah! I didn't know that Bruno foundsuch an important thing. So, where will this fossil go mom?
- We will have it examine by a Paleontologist because they are the one who studies the history of life on Earth through the fossil record.
- Scientist look for patterns in the fossil record to make predictions about which organisms descended from others.
