  • Being in a healthy environment such as a cleaner room can actually help guarantee better sleep as well as decreases anxiety or stress.

  • Let's just say that my environmental wellness has seen better days and it has been cluttered for a while which is starting to have an effect on my stress and anxiety. I am taking action now on cleaning up my room which is helping my mood as well as my mental health each step of the way.
  • Though what you can do to improve your environmental wellness is start with small steps. Whether it being choosing what kind of people you want to surround yourself with or just picking up some clothes off your bedroom floor. It all counts to bettering your mental health as well.
  • Spiritual wellness can mean many things such as practicing self care. Which one of the most known self care techniques is meditating. Spiritual wellness is also the part of yourself that helps you find meaning or purpose in life.
  • My spiritual wellness has seen better days, but I have been trying to get back into self care techniques such as working out or meditating which has helped me a lot in the past.
  • What you can do to improve your spiritual wellness is to try and see what self care techniques work for you. For some people it might be exercise, others meditating. Everyone can have a different self care habit that helps them, sometimes you just have to find it.
