There once lived a wealthy business owner whose daughters were his pride and joy. He had exactly 12 daughters named Jane, Eleanor, Josephine, Eden, Joy, Evelyn, Joanna, Elizabeth, Juliet, Emilia Jaqueline, and Elsie.
It was the roaring twenties; a time known for celebration and the father refused to let his daughters out of the house and get into trouble. The daughters had been sneaking out at night to go dancing and it was their father’s mission to discover where exactly they were going and how they didn’t get caught.
When the father arrived at work, he put up a poster asking the young men in his company to discover where his daughters were going, and in return, they would get to marry one of his daughters and eventually become the next owner of the business or else they would get fired.
A man who had worked on the maintenance crew had stepped up to take on the challenge. His name was August and he was very handsome but had little money to his name. He stayed the night at their home and when the girls had gone to bed in their room he snuck in behind them with a magic cloak which turned him invisible.
He followed the girls down their secret passageway ending up in an extravagant ballroom with lots of drinking, gambling, and most importantly, dancing. The girls danced all night and August took photos as evidence to show the father when they returned the next morning.
After August reported back to the father about what the girls had been doing, he thanked him and offered him his oldest daughter Jane's hand in marriage and passed on the business to him, and they all lived happily ever after
