- This is good.
- The quartering act was established in 1765. This act allowed british soliders to be housed and fed when needed.
- declatory act
- Now I can't ride my bike to work! This is very annoying.
- The sugar act was made in 1764 and raised prices of sugar and molasses. This led to riots and the boston tes party.
- townshend act
- Hopefully I can get more gass when the taxes die down?
- The stamp act imposed a tax on the colonists. This tax was repealed on MArch 18, 1766.
- writs of assistance
- I really hope they don't check this, I've got to get it out of here.
- the declatory act allowed Parliament to make laws binding the colonies. This act was made after the stamp act was repealed.
- the townshend act was made in 1767. This tax allowed parliament to raise taxes on goods such as glass, lead, paint, paper, etc.
- The writs of assistsance allowed a search allowing custom officials to search any ship or building for smuggled goods. This lasted from 1773 to 1776.
