- Mom, dad, I would like to have a scooter.
- Why don't you take the bus? It's better for en-vironment.
- I agree with your mom, a scoot-er produces a lot of carbon dioxde which contributes to global warming.
- But it doesn't matter, does it?
- No, it is very important!
- Due to global warming, ice is melting in the floes and a lot of animals like bears are goi-ng to disappear. There are also less and less fishes in the oceans. Generally, biodiversity is decreasing.
- Natural disasters like hurricanes are stronger and their frenquency is increasing, then, people lose their houses or die. There is a lot of other problems because of global warming and every-body has to change his way of life to reduce these consequences.
- You're right, I think I will take my bike for my trips, it is more ecological, less ex-pensive, better for the planet an-d for my health!
