- I'm joined here today by Kayley, a student at Hoover Prep. And today we are going to be talking about her experience with the tradition Freak the Geek. Kayley, what exactly was your experience?
- Well yes, honestly freaking the geek is just a term used for bullying. It is not an enjoyable experience, it is not an experience I would wish unto anyone honestly.
- While the whole incident was going down, we got into a fight about whose fault this was and just things about our friendship that neither one of us had ever brought up before. But at the end of the day, it only made our love for each other grow.
- It was honestly an experience that put me in a bad place, but I will say the only positive thing that came out of this experience was my connection with my best and only friend, Lauren.
- Kayley, thank you so much for sharing your experience. I feel like we really got your point of view on the whole situation.
- Like I said before, I would never wish this on anyone, but part of me is thankful for the beautiful friendship I share with Lauren and how I know that this will bond us for life.
