Sir Toby suggests that Andrew should write a letter to Cesario

In this scene, Sir Andrew decides that he is going to leave because Olivia is no longer interested in him and instead in Cesario. But Sir Toby wants him to stay because he has been using Andrew's money.
Malvolio's folly to Olivia (Act 3, Scene 4)
"Some achieve greatness. And some have greatness thrust upon them."(3.4.44-47)
Sir Toby suggests that Andrew should write a letter to Cesario, daring him to a fight. He implies that this will show Andrew's courage and Olivia will fall in love with him and not Cesario.
Sir Andrew returns with the written letter

When Sebastian and Antonio arrive at the shores of Illyria, Sebastian is confused as to where they are. But, Antonio recognizes that they are in Illyria. He recalls that the country is searching for him and realizes his danger.
Malvolio, remembering the letter Olivia had written him, behaves unusually. Olivia is very confused. He even starts quoting lines from the letter which leaves Olivia even more perplexed.
What say'st thou?(3.4.45)
Sir Andrew shows the letter that he wrote to challenge Cesario. Sir Toby determines that he will not deliver the letter to Cesario. He resolves that he will be a messenger between Andrew and Cesario.
