- Hi my name is Samira , and I live in the city of Tehran. I am 15 years of age. Young girls and women in Tehran have to cover up mostly everything to go outside. When we are home we can wear whatever and this is what I chose.
- As I prepare to leave out the door and engage in my daily activities. I make sure i'm fully covered. Even though I hate getting ready for this time of day. I have learned to accept the fact that this is my reality,
- As you can see when females go out in public they are constantly watched by the morality police. If they notice anything is off you can took to jail.
- Women are required to sit in one section with eachother. If women are caught sitting anywhere else but in there section there will be punishment.
- AS you can see men and woman are not treated fairly. Women get put through the most hell in Iran.
- The day has finally come to my favorite part. I can finally wear what I wanna wear and not get in trouble for it . To be completely honest when this happens. I'm really greatful.
