Storyboard Text
- Hussein starts at his new school. His teacher tries to talk to him, but he doesn't want to. Hussein does not like the windows in the classroom because "they" can see in.
- The other students do not call Hussein by his name, they call him "the Shah". They think he is weird for not taking off his shirt to swim. Hussein is scared of the gun used to start the swimming races. The teacher is nice to him.
- The students continue to call Hussein "the Shah". Bruce is a bit mean to him hits him with a ruler. Everyone feels uncomfortable when Hussein gets angry about mistaking the football for a bomb.
- Pearl is sad because her sister got killed in a car crash. the other students watch as Hussein walks up to Pearl and consoles her. They begin to hang out.
- Everyone apologises to Hussein after seeing his hometown on tv. Students begin to call Hussein by his name. Soon everyone becomes friends and accepts Hussein.
- Hussein finally reveals his scar under his shirt. people cannot believe the hardships he has faced at only ten years old. But Hussein has friends now and is moving on to a much happier life.
