  • Hey I noticed you were acting a bit off recently is everything all right?
  • Not really but it's nothing.
  • You know you can talk to me about anything right?
  • It's the beach vacation we're supposed to go on I'm not comfortable with my body.
  • I love you just the way you are, but we can do something else instead.
  • Thank you for listening to me I feel better.
  • Being vulnerable shouldn't always be seen as a negative thing that people are afraid to do. You have to be vulnerable to build trust.
  • I'm glad you opened up to me about what was bothering you.
  • Someone else being vulnerable and opening up to you is useful only if you take the time to listen to them.
  • Honestly it's good I don't even like the beach anyways.
  • We should go on a hike in the mountains instead.
  • I'm glad we had this conversation
  • Don't jump to conclusions or react before you get all the facts as things said in the heat of a moment can ruin relationships. Make sure that the person being vulnerable knows they're safe with you as people are afraid to be vulnerable in fear of being seen as weak or being rejected by peers.
  • Having a relationship built on lies would not only weaken the bond betwen the two of you, but also long term would change how you view others.
  • Talking to your partner about concerns no matter how small or big they may be is always the right idea as if you don't address them they can become blown out of proportion.
  • Being vulnerable doesn't always have to be a bad thing sometimes good things can come out of it. Being vulnerable helps you open up to those around you and form good relationships.
