Storyboard Text

  • When younger the narrator had a friend named Roderick Usher, they were really good friends.
  • The two grew up and were no longer in contact when, the narrator received a letter from Roderick Usher to come visit him. The letter was from the narrator's childhood friend Roderick Usher saying he was sick and he wanted the narrator to come visit.
  • When the narrator arrived at "The House of Usher" he was stunned by the condition the house was in. He entered the house to meet Roderick whom was in terrible physical condition himself.
  • Roderick tells the narrator that he lost his only relative, his twin sister Madeline so the narrator and Roderick puts his sister in a coffin. Then there was a huge storm and Roderick bursts into the narrators bed chamber and opens a window to see low hanging trees and strong wind.
  • The narrator hears noises in the middle of the night, and soon realizes Madeline is still alive. The narrator and Roderick go to the dungeon to see a bloody Madeline, who then jumps and Roderick which kills the both of them.
  • The narrator, scared he runs out the house and witnesses behind him. The Fall of Usher.
