One of the problems at Valley Forge was that there was not enough clothing most Solidiers made do with what they had but some were still left to nothing.
Another problem that was faced by the soldiers was diseases near the beginning of spring this included influenza, typhoid, typhus, and dysentery. The diseases eventually got contained but were bad for a while, and killed 1/3 of the men.
The training with Baron Fredrick von Steuben consisted of him making plans and the soldiers and army following along.
