I don't agree with you Mr. Edward Cocaine. I think you must be out of your mind.
When a Representative has written a bill, the bill needs a sponsor. Then is introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Before a bill can become a law, it begins as an idea from a representative or a citizen then is written into a bill.

Kids should work harder than we do. They should keep themselves busy.
When a bill reaches the president. He can either sign it, refuse to sign it, or do nothing.
The bill gets voted on. If most representatives select yes, the bill passes the U.S. House of Representatives.
When a bill is debated, representatives discuss the bill and explain why they agree or disagree with it.
If the bill isn't signed within 10 days, then it is not a law (Pocket Veto). The bill goes through the same steps again.
