I am Rashad Butler and I seen as a disciplined young man while in my ROTC uniform, but despite following the rules, I was still targeted and beaten by a white officer

I am Rashad Butler I am a typical teenager that loves to chill, hang out with my friends, and draw. Even thought I follow the rules I was still victim of racial profiling.
Really they were more like our masterpieces, because I was the one who gave him some of the concepts for where and how to write his tag.
