- AAA Event Company
- Here is our company, we dedicate to help other companies to host their events in terms of supporting them to develope their bussiness. I am the event planning manager of AAA Event Company.
- There are 14 employees and managers in total. My event planing department includes me and other 4 employees.
- Hi, I am one of the 4 employees in our event plaining department.
- Our client company asked us to host a concert of 300 guests in Sydney 6 weeks later. Most of the guests are over 40-year-old. The event will last just for 1 night, and the concert could be 1.5 to 2 Hours, plus 30 minutes reception hosting. The budget is 60k dollars. Let me tell you what you're going to do.......
- Always remember budget control, choose the high end place as possible as you can. We need arrange weekly updating meeting. The 1st meeting will be next Tuesday.

- The location you chose is pretty good, good job! You can now contact it. But there's some issue arises in the performer selecting. As I said most of the guests are over 40-years-old. But J.K is more popular in young people, maybe you should find someone else.
- I did research for several location, and suggest to go with Sydney Opera House which is a sign in Sydney. The price will be around 40-45K dollars including half hour reception cocktail service. And I suggest to invite J.K as the performer. She's really Popular in young people. It will cost us 15k.

- I changed my selection of performer. His name is D.P. He is a classic performer, well-known by any ages. The cost is even lower than J.K. It costs us 12k.
