- How do I start my own business? How do I even bake?
- Thank you for driving me, I had no other ride
- Next morning
- March 13, 2o2o the world was hit with a pandemic and was put on lockdown. People got bored and stopped following the rules and went to protest to lift the stay at home order
- Yea! Of course no problem
- I felt helpless as a 16 year old and asked my older sister for help and she came up with the idea to start a baking business to sweeten up the lives of others going through hard times

- I obviously had no idea how to start a business so later that I night I went to my friend Google and did all of my research
- These are going to be delicious! I cant wait
- I stumbled onto a problem very early on. I had no one to take me to the grocery store, but luckily my sister came over the next morning and was able to take me!
- It's beautiful now I have to decorate
- Just as I assumed I had to invest in my business and went to go buy all of my ingredients to make my first couple churro cheesecakes!
- And there I was putting in my very first tray of churrocheesecakes after creating chaos in my kitchen
- Why doesn't anyone want my cheesecake :(
- I waited for it to be ready and cooled down so I could get to the fun part and make it pretty and presentable.
- There it was ready to be sold to my very first customer, but first I had to find someone to sell it to!
- I started advertising my churro cheesecake all over my social media to get coverage and in hopes for someone to buy it, but no one was interested.
- Guess what? My friend said she'll buy it!
- Oh my god! Really?
- Luckily, my sister's friend saw my Instagram post and was interested so my sister came to pick up the churro cheesecake and made my first sale!
- Then, all of a sudden I got a bunch of requests to make churro cheesecakes.
- Then, I started to get calls of people after they ate their churro cheesecakes and told me how they wanted more and more and thanked me for making their day better with just one dessert. I knew I had done my job.
