- John has started a new book store business where he supplies various kinds of books. He prefers to run his business in a traditional way without using internet and its services.

- Wow!! Running business with the help of internet is much mire easier and convenient than the old way. I can target way more customers with an online store.
- Having his employees to reach out to customers face-to-face, his business is limited to a rather small area. His customers are not growing and his business does not seem to make much profit.

- Now i can post my ads through social media and run my business from my online store. I can save up a lot of money through these methods.
- Seeing as how ads cost a lot of money, John is worried that his business will not expand and it may shut down if new methods not applied.

- Its amazing how I can use internet and information technologies to expand my business. My profit is increasing and my business has expanded.
- John finds out about the use of internet in boosting ads in social media and the advantages of having an online store of his business. He learns new ways to reach a huge mass of customers through the internet.
- John realizes that advertisement costs are much more less with the use of internet. He opens his business online store and putting up ads in the social media.
- Now John has large number of customers and his business is flourishing. He has come to understand the importance, uses and advantages of using information communication technologies.
