Then, in 1937, the tress around his ranch began to get very dry. A drought was taking the life out of Arizona. Without it, Cesar's family could not make any money to pay the bills. So they decided to move and pack all of their possessions and move to California to work.
Soon, Cesar's old life was gone. Now he and his family were migrants, working in other people' farm. Farm work was hard, and painful. Cesar and his family worked hard but made so little money.
After, Cesar started to think that there was hope. Cesar decided to give the rest of his life on fighting for change. He went around California, and asked people to join his fight. He asked every migrant worker one by one. Once he had enough people he decided to organize a meeting and then fight for justice. More and more people listened.
Later, as Cesar worked, it made him angry that the landowners were treating their worker more like farm tools rather than human beings. The landowners provide no clean water, rest periods, or any access to bathrooms. If someone complained they will be fired, beaten up, or maybe even murdered.
First, Cesar Chavez was having enjoying his life with his big family. He never was alone and he always has someone to play with.
Finally, Cesar Chavez succeeded. All of the migrant farm workers celebrated victory till' the sky was full of stars. Cesar Chavez won the fight, without any violence, and he would never be again.
