- Good Morning class! Today we are going to be talking about animals, and their many different habitats, diets, and species.
- This weeks topic: Animals!

- My grandma's neighbor has chickens in their backyard!

- I saw a turtle at the creek by my house!

- Now that we know what the habitats and diets of some animals are, I want you to talk with your group and discuss what kind of animals you can see in you habitat.
- I can't tell you, you have to guess it later remember?
- Now that we know some types of animals, let's research some more! Pick out any animal and find out whet habitat it lives in, its diet, its species, and one really interesting fact about it.
- What animal are you going to be?
- Now that we know what animals we want to be, let's come up with some questions we could ask our partners to figure out what they are. We could ask things like, "What habitat do you live in?" or "what kind of diet do you have?"
