- Matt and Daniel's Dorm room
- Yeah. The dorm is nice, but what are we doing?
- I wish the LLP had more things for us to do.
- What if our school had courses tied to the LLP's?
- How would those classes work with course requirements?
- So basically. . .
- Matt, you have to present that to someone.
- Matt and Daniel are in their dorm and wish that their LLP had more for them to do.
- Dear LLP Director,my name is Matt and I wanted to schedule a meeting with you.I want to talk about the Living Learning Program
- Hello Matt, I would love to meet with you and talk about the LLP. Would this day work for you?
- . . .I am not sure about how this could be implemented to the program.
- Matt heard that other schools have courses and dedicated activities tied to their LLPs and LLCs.
- Days Later
- But I will propose this idea to the necessary people and see where it goes
- Matt then explains his million-dollar idea.The integrated courses vary from program to program.There could be a writing course that teaches students to write grant proposals for example.the courses could have fees that fund that class as well as the LLP.The integrated courses would also connect students with others in the LLP by reserving seat for LLP Specific students. etc. . .

- After class
- That course is a challenge, but im glad im developing skills
- Matt schedules a meeting with his LLP director and plans to pitch his million dollar Idea.
- Matt and Daniel have just pitchend their idea to their LLP director, matt is worried how his idea will be interpreted
- The university has adopted Matt's idea and is currently piloting the integrated courses.Here students are in an integrated writing course where they mock up a grant to be proposed
- The students feel engaged with their living learning program and even get to meet others in the LLP. While the class teaches them valuable skills and gives a unique experience.
- And its meeting my communication requirement!
- After class
- I can help you prepare, i need to practice too.
- I need to prepare for the presentation. can one of you help?

- I was on campus and got to hear som students talk about their LLp courses
- Really? How do you think the new students like it?

- It sounded like it is doing a lot of good for the student's engagement in the program
- I wish we had that when we were there!We didn't get to do anything with the LLP.

- The students from a community in their LLP, while the program offers a commonality that connects the students participating in the program.
- Why don't we all practice together?The dorm hall has study rooms we can all use.
- Matt and Daniel are talking about how the LLP's have improved since the school implemented Matt's idea for integrated courses.
- Matt os really glad his idea turned out to be helping the students feel like a community and get more than a dorm room with a stranger
- Though University isn't a good fit for everyone, the LLPs are doing a better job offering an experience that helps student feel more at home in their Living Learning Program and
