- Mr. Lockwood moves himself to the countryside for some alone time.
- Lockwood visits Wuthering Heights not realizing it had begun to snow
- Hello Nelly Dean, could you tell me about Mr. Heathcliff and Wuthering Heights?
- Sure thing! Mr. Earnshaw is the original owner, he lived there with his wife, his son Hindley and his daughter Catherine. One day he brought home Heathcliff, an orphan.
- Lockwood finds Catherines diary revealing her and Heathclffs complicated relationship
- Catherine admits her love for Heathcliff but marries Edgar due to social reasons
- Catherines' marriage with Edgar caused high tension between Heathcliff and all of the Lintons
- Heathcliff leaves Wuthering Heights and eventually comes back seeking revenge for the mistreatment he received
- Catherine died, and Heathcliff is absolutely devastated
- Heathcliff spends every waking moment thinking about him and Catherine in the afterlife together.
- Cathy and Hareton form a genuine connection
- Heathcliff's obsession and all of his guilt make him decline mentally and physically
- Heathcliff dies, finally finding peace.
