Revolutionary War: The signing of the Declaration of Independence and the beginning of the Revolutionary War has affected the US to what it has become today, allowing the 13 colonies to have political independence and form the 50 states. We chose this significant watershed moment because the United States all together would not exist without the Revolutionary war. The Revolutionary War impacted the US back then because it allowed the beginning of freedom for the United States.

Civil War: The civil war started the abolition of slavery, it seperated the union from the confederacy and wheedled out the right and wrong . We chose the the civil war because of the importance it has in our United States history. It is the beginning to a fair country and equality among all.

WW1: World War one was the world's first ever world war. It was started after the killing of an Austrian Ruler by the name of Archduke Frans Ferdinand. We chose this because of the massive ripple effect that caused WW2. Too add on, many new nations were formed and millions of people died.
