Storyboard Text

  • CHAPTER ONE.
  • "I want you to come right here an’ hide in the brush.”
  • CHAPTER TWO..
  • "He hates big guys. He’s alla time picking scraps with big guys."
  • CHAPTER THREE.
  • George discusses to Lennie that if he gets in trouble, is to hide in the bushes of where they were sleeping until George retrieves him.
  • CHAPTER FOUR.
  • "Used to sleep right in the same room, right in the same bed all three. Had two brothers. They was always near me, always there."
  • .When Curley leaves, Candy explains that Curley is a boxer, so he's always trying to pick fights with big guys.
  • CHAPTER FIVE.
  • Lennie and George discuss their "American Dream", Candy offers to help them buy the land by sharing his profit to them. Candy later admits that he shouldn't let no stranger shoot his dog to George. [FORESHADOWING]
  • CHAPTER SIX.
  • “Le’s do it now. Le’s get that place now.”
  • "George... I shouldn’t ought to of let nostranger shoot my dog.”
  • It begins when Lennie enters the room of Crooks. Crooks is annoyed by his intrusion but later enjoys his company, he starts talking about his childhood and how loneliness made him hostile. Lennie fails to understand what he is talking about or feels.
  • "A guy needs somebody—to be near him.”
  • Candy comes to find Curley's wife dead on the ground. The others come to inspect and know who had done it, Lennie. George plans on how to deal with the situation with Lennie while Curley goes on the hunt to kill him.
  •  George finds Lennie in the place they have slept. Lennie looks across the river and George tell the story of their dream of owning a farm. George puts a gun to the back of Lennie's head and pulls the trigger.
