I believe in States rights I'm telling south Carolina to nullify and South Carolina will secede if you try to force them to pay
I need to raise prices on imported goods so I'm gonna pass more tariffs.
The nullification crisis was when Andrew Jackson's vice president John C Calhoun believed in states rights, so he told South Carolina to reject the tariffs on imported goods so they nullified. Then they said, if the government forces them to they will secede from the United States.
