- One of the most very well known singers during the 1950's time period is the one and only Elvis Presley. Not only just the 1950's but his most sold records to the song "Hound Dog" which was a big hit. Being the number one out of the top 100 in 1956. Overall Elvis had impacted history by taking all types of music and combining them to create a style called rockabilly. Impacting history till this day.
- The Beatles are very well known and are quite impactful to the rock n roll time period of the time of 1960's. One of their most famous popular songs is "Her Comes the Sun" in 1969. Due to their amazing talent they inspire others to want to explore their talents because of how jaw dropping their albums and songs are.

- Elton John is one of the most iconic rock n roll artists especially during the time of the 1970's. The most important song for Elton John's career is "Your Song". With not only being an incredible artist but he started an AIDS foundation. To help fight against AIDS. Elton John has a kind heart and lets his personality shine through his style.
- Kenny Rogers may not be as well known as the others but he was the very first to bring his voice of country to an audience of pop culture. He was the very first country artist to sell out a whole arena. During the time of the 1980's the song "Love the World Away" was his best hit. Also Kenny had made tracks with further known pop artists. Influencing some to even use his own lyrics in their music.
- In the early 1990's one of the most popular rock n roll artists was the Nirvana. One of their most popular songs that hit was "Smells like Teen Spirit". They have impacted music specifically by making mainstream music more of a hit. Not only that but overall Nirvana is one of the most impactful and influential bands. Completely changing music with their album "Nevermind".
- The one and only infamous Eminem has made a greatly impact on history's music. With plenty of well known songs and greatest hits his song "Till I Collapse" pushes to the best. For being the first to introduce the idea of rapping to whites. The capability of switching his tone of voice and how he flows has made to be influential. Being an outstanding rapper.
