- Hello Jhon, we are pleased to inform you that you have been hired. Please come to our branch here at SM East ortigas on May 7, 2022 at 9:00 a.m for your formal orientation and training
- Narrator: Jhon receive an e-email the next day from the McDonald's branch on SM East Ortigas
- Narrator: Jhon is already here at the McDonalds for his formal orientation and training as hired employee
- Manager: Now, follow me to start our orientation after the orientation we will proceed for your training.
- Jhon: Yes sir.
- Manger: WOW! I heard you're early. It's good thing you come here early.
- Manager: On this orientation I'll inform you what you have to learn and what you have to learn and what you needed as new hired employee here at our branch
- Manager: Now, I'll tell what we're going to do here at the orientation hall
- JHon: I'm already here at the McDonals branch here at SM East Ortigas for my formal orientation and training.. I'm just waiting to the manage to assist me for y orientation and training .
- Jhon: Yes sir
- Manger: Jhon, for your training you're assigned as cashier. Let's start your training..
- Manager: Congratulations Jhon, you're a fast learner. You'll start tomorrow as a new hired employee at our McDonalds branch here at SM East ortigas. You can come here tomorrow on 8:00 a.m to start your work . Again, congratulations.
- Manager: First, in this orientation It includes activities that allow you, Jhon as anew hired employee to complete an initial new hire orientation process, as well as learn about the organization and i'ts structure, culture, vision, mission, and values.
- Jhon: I start my training and the manager assist me when I'm having difficulty.
- Jhon: Thank you so much sir!
- Narrator: After the orientation annd training of jhon, The manager sent him a congratulation because he finished his orientation and training earlier today.
- Narrator: Jhon is happy because he'll start tomorrow morning as new crew at McDonalds branch at SM East Ortigas. He celebrate when he came home.
