- Isla just finished her work as a Banking Investment Analyst and currently walking to a café to have a bit of snack and rest before decide to go home. she felt very tired after working all day.

- After Isla arrive at the café and ordered food, she thought that she want to visit her parents but she's too tired to queue for the transportation given that it is after office hour. She also does not have a license, which is why she using the public transport.

- Isla is looking at her phone and browse YouTube, then an advertisement pop up at the screen . It is advertising the GRAB App.

- This is Great!!!I can Choose my own driver!!!It even have a picture and description of the driver
- After watching the advertisement, she read the 3rd party review about the app and start to make comparison from other apps. Then after all the searching, she download the app thinking that maybe the app can help her with her problem.
- She sign up and browse through the app. Isla go to the car feature section for transportation, after finding her parents house location, she select type of ride that she want, for example JustGrab or GrabCar Plus.

- Then she have to book her own driver for the trip. After, she pick one of the transporter, she book the trip and checkout from the app.
