- The fourth amendment is that police can not come in and search your house without a warrant and they can not come and take your belongings with out suspecting you of something .
- If you are proven innocent to a crime and have gone through a trail, you can not go back for that crime even if they have found more evidence pointing to you.

- Everyone has a right to a trail and they are to be informed why they being accused, who the witness is, and has the fair right to a lawyer.
