In order to maintain peace, the president is not given the power to make treaties without the legislative's approval. Because of this, the president is able to veto laws that th legislative branch proposes.
That wouldn't be a good idea because the president would get too much power. Which is why he is able to can veto the laws that Congress makes.

In order to balance power, the executive branch is able to appoint judges but the judicial branch is able to deny executive power. It is a trade off.
Well then I think that the judicial branch should be able to decide their own judges.
Actually, they are not allowed to do that either because then they may be able to introduce biased judges.

In order to keep peace, the judicial branch is allowed to overrule a law if it is nonsense. And in return, the legislative is able to fire the supreme courts judges.
Well I think that the legislative should be able to have all power over laws.
Well they cant do that either because then the Congress might be able to create laws that lots of people may not agree with.
