- Accounting handles all the money that comes in and and Jackson here runs our accounting and he wanted to share a little bit about what he does!
- Yes, this year we have made quite a lot of profit as you can see on the board. On behalf of the company I have invested a good amount of money that also seems to be turning in a profit. Overall, we did great this year!
- MANAGEMENT
- Goal: Make the most profit we can and after everyone's salary, be able to donate lots of glasses.
- Here we have Linda. She is in charge of the marketing department and she manages all of our goals for the company and she works with all the managers of each department. Linda, why don't you tell the people what you do?
- Yes of course Shailen! I work with all the managers of each section of the business. I help them all and we all work together as one team to lead us to our ultimate goal, the one you see on the board.
- MARKETING
- VISIONARY
- Yes Shailen! So, we are in marketing so what we do is use the four P's (product, price, promotion, and placement) and we make commercials and other logos to promote this company. This logo was what me and my partner cam up with and we wanted to include a glasses picture because of our company.

- I see that my marketing team is working on a new logo! Why don't we ask them what they do and what this is on the board?

- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)
- Of course Shailen! As you can see on the board, that kind of gives us a summary of what I do. I take care of all the technological aspects of the company like emails, computers, and software that we download on each computer.

- Here we have the head of our IT department. Maria, why don't you tell me what you do here?
- OPERATIONS
- Here we have Bob. Bob is the head of the operations department, which does not get enough credit because they are mainly the ones who are the behind-the-scenes people.
- Oh it's no problem Shailen, I love my job regardless. But you are right about the behind-the-scenes work. I do lots of transaction and paperwork and I even help with the service and manufacturing sectors. Though we are not seen as much, I like to think we keep the company afloat from the back of it!
- HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)
- Finally we have HR. HR takes care of a lot, but instead of taking away the spotlight from Nicole, I'll let her explain.
- Yes, thank you! I am one of the employees here in HR and in this division we focus on all of the people relations in the company. This includes the hirings and firings, help our workers get benefits and other educational opportunities!
