It started to affect the Earth atmosphere.Because it was so rare and people like scientists, Doctors, artists, they used it Scientists and engineers often used it for aerospace propulsion, while Doctors uses it for anesthetic and medical imaging and Artists uses it to achieve bright, natural looking illumination. Without Xenon daily things may noy be affected but it will effect our hospitals for the Doctors and it would effect our transportations like cars and space programs would struggle without xenon.
