- Where am I? It looks like old Jamestown!
- Who might you be, young sir?
- My name is John Smith. Are you Priest Robert? I was wondering, how do the natives and the English interact ?
- I can't tell him my name,it will affect time.
- Ah, so your name is John Smith! Nice to meet you.
- So it was true. John Smith was the one who cause the fight. I knew it!
- Ah,its very interesting. When we first landed the Natives offered to help. But someone with a familiar name, like yours, got off on the wrong foot and then we started to fight.
- No, but i will keep that in mind. I will read up them later. Now, can we go somewhere I won't get rained on even more.

- Well, let's see. The tobacco that we grow has became the outlook of Jamestown. Everyone in the colonies wants to grow it. It is being grown on the streets of Jamestown and has required more people to come to Jamestown to work.

- So in 5 years we will have grown 20,000 pounds of tobacco in Jamestown.
- I still don't get it . Why do the natives hate you guys?
- Well, to them we are evil in a way. I also think it was because when John Smith arrived he declared their land now belongs to the English.

- The social classes in Jamestown.
- Student's, can anyone tell me about the social classes in Jamestown?
- The social classes were set into groups.Enslaved Field Hands- They would usually be africans being brought to America to work in the tobacco fields. Enslaved house servants-they would be slaves that would be cook and more house workers but people called them better of than field slaves.
- For farmers- They normally owned a small piece of land and the family was usually 3 people, a father,mother, and son. Middling was just a name for a group of people who had a larger power in the society. The gentry were the "upper crust". They had large amounts of land and were very wealthy. They had many slaves the right to govern others. That's all of them.
