- The Quartering Act forced colonist to give British solders shelter, food, and allow them to search their homes.

- Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes!
- The Boston Massacre is when British solders fired into a crowed of protesters. They killed five men, the king didn't react.
- The Declaration of Independence
- The Boston tea party was in protest to the tax on tea. The Sons of Liberty dressed up as Native Americans and dumped crates of tea into the harbor.

- Recognize the U.S government.
- The battle took place at Bunker Hill. The British attacked three times and succeeded on the third attempt.
