- Hello I am james its my first day today.
- Umm ok I will do that right away.
- Hello James I am connor I am your manager. This is a very big prodject and we dont have much time to finish it so go move those boxed out of the way using the fork lift.
- It was james first day on the job, he had little to no experirience working in construction and he was very nervous. His boss wanted him to get right into it and start on the fork lift. He didnt give James the proper safety introduction and training for the machines and just expected him to do it.
- I really dont know how to do this I need to talk to my boss.
- James was scared he didnt know how to do this. He didnt want to get fired from his job either. He soon realized that he had to talk to his boss even if he would get fired cause he didnt want to put himself or anyone else in dnager.
- Oh my I am so sorry I completely forgot to train you first. I would never fire you. Lets go tecah you how to opperate the fork lift properly.
- I am so sorry but I dont feel safe to oppertae the fork lift without knowing how. I understand if you are going to fire me for not doing my job.
- Thank you so much I cant belive I was scared of asking for help
- James talked to his boss and his boss felt very sorry for james that he forgot the training. He started the proper training right away with James.
