5 lawsuits against 5 schools districts in different states are made which are later approved. Civil Rights activists join in protest to show support for lawsuits which more people the better.

The check did succeed in eliminating the “separate but equal” by reminding them that they had violated an amendment, which was the 14th. But it was also a failure when they tried to integrate schools, as well as segregation and discrimination against these people never ended. To this day their is still discrimination against the people.
State-sanctioned segregation of public schools was unconstitutional and was going against the 14th Amendment. As well as the “separate but equal” part under the Equal's protection Clause.

The agencies or organizations that wanted to support the check were the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, which had been arguing for segregation for years. Their lawyers, including Thurgood Marshall, built strong arguments showing how racial discrimination harmed black children. They showed psychological studies showing that segregation hurt students' self-esteem.
Superior Court uniamously votes in favor of checks and removes "separate but equal" doctrine. Doctrine was found to go against the 14th Amendment and therefore unconstitutional.
