When I was 12 I began to gain weight.
With out any worries about my health at such a young age, I ate and I ate.
I began playing video games to help cope with the depression and lonelyness.
I began putting on lots of weight and feeling depressed.
I knew I had to do something about this. I started cutting out bad food.
By 16 I already weighed 220lbs and hadn't done anything about it.
Just by doing this I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks.
I cut out all the sodas I would drink. I would work out daily.
All that weight I had just loss was all back.
But my depression still was this, this caused me to relapse and give up.
At this point I knew I was a huge failure and would always be that fat person.
I had given up all hopes of losing weight.
A couple months after turning 18 I found new friends. These friends would encourage me to better myself.
When I decided it was time again I had already surpassed 265lbs.
By the first month I had already lost 20lbs. Losing this much weight only made me work harder.
I am still trying to lose but but as of now I am down to 216lbs with no plans of quitting.
With encouragement from my friends I started cutting out bad foods and working out harder than before.
