- Montag Arrives At Faber's House
- IT'S ME MONTAG.
- WHO IS IT?
- Guy Montag reveals to his wife that he had a secret stack of books in the ventilator. Montage convinces his wife to read books with him and learn the meaning behind books. Mildred his wife is not interested in reading the books but wants to burn them. She keeps on looking at her parlor wall that is turned off because she wants to turn it on and watch her "family".
- Montag reads a book to Mildred and her friends
- Montag wants to talk to Faber about books but Faber wouldn't answer his calls. The first time he did answer his call but Faber thought he was asking a stupid question. So he decides to get on the train and go to Faber's house. But before he left for the train he takes the bible with him. When Montag is on the train he doesn't like the Ads that keep on blurting stuff. So when he gets to his destination he runs off the train.
- Montag finds his books behind the refrigerator
- Montag gets off the train and he is walking towards Faber's house. When Montag arrives at the doorstep of Faber's house he knocks. Faber didn't want to bring Montag in because he knew he was a firemen and he knew that they have been burning books. But the Montag says that he is alone so he Let's him in. When Montag enters Faber's house Montag and Faber talk about books.
- Montag Beatty and the firemen arrive at Montag's house
- Montag wants to read Mildred and his friends a book. He tells them that every once in awhile firemen are allowed to bring a book home and show how silly and bad books are. But Mildred's friends aren't very excited about this. One of her friends gets angry one starts crying and one just gets disappointed.
- "DOVER BEACH"
- Montag starts to search for his books that he had around the house. He knew that Mildred had hidden them. He had found them behind the refrigerator. He noticed that some of the books were missing and figured that Mildred had slowly started to burn his books without him noticing. But for some reason Montag was not angry. He toke the books to the backyard and hid them in a bush that was near a alley fence.
- Montag goes to the fire station and sees Beatty there. Beatty tells him to play poker with me at the fire station and they do. While they are playing poker the sound alarm goes off at the fire station. Montag and Beatty both leap in a vehicle. It was Beatty's first time driving in a long time. When they arrive at they're destination Montag is shocked. The reason why he is shocked because they arrive at Montag's house.
- " SOMETHING THE MATTER, MONTAG?"
- "WE'VE STOPPED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE."
