- Yay! I love this game!
- But I am changing it up a little. You are going to get a booklet with words and objects and you have to read the words, while turning the page and holding the book straight. Then you can choose which object you want to draw so the other learners can guess it.
- Good Afternoon kids!I'm back for another activity.So today we are going to play the blindfold drawer...
- Why are we playing this...I can't draw properly
- I will explain the instructions to the learners.
- Explaining takes about 2 min
- Teacher, I'm picking the flower*whispers*
- Apple, arrow, axe, ant, drum
- Okay, tell me the object you have chosen.
- Okay Megan, I'm going to hand you the booklet and you are going to hold it straight, while reading, and turn each page.
- I don't know some of these words but I know I can try
- The child struggles to read a bit, but turns the pages correctly and holds the book straight.
- 3 minutes for the child to read and turn the pages
- I know all the answers
- This is my favourite part.
- I am going to blindfold you now, Megan.
- Yes, It's a flower.
- A FLOWER! A FLOWER!
- The child gets blindfolded and draws on the paper. The others guess correctly.
- 1 minute, depending on the guesses.
- It's a flower. It's so easy.
- Alright Amo, here is the booklet and you are going to hold it straight, while reading, and turn each page.
- Let's sound out each letter. f i s h .What does that spell?
- FISH
- ghost, present, urh...
- I don't know teacher
- The 2nd kid has some trouble reading but I try to help by asking her to sound each letter out.
- 2 minutes depending on the child
- Okay, tell me the object you have chosen.
- Amo, let's turn it one page at a time, not the whole book.
- Amo, can you turn the page for me please.
- This is how I turn it.
- Teacher, I choose a ghost.*whispers*
- The child does not know how to turn the page correctly, so i teach her how to turn it.

- That looks funny.
- Urhm...A ghost?
- Amo, I will blindfold you now.
- Yes, A ghost. Good job!
- I know it's a ghost.
- The child draws and the kids guess correctly.
- 1 minute depending on guesses
