It is vital to delve deeper into understanding the perceptions, experiences, attitudes and behaviors that makes them to be hesitant.

I will call a community meeting and inform them that there will be a team of researchers to assist us in finding solution or best intervention to save more lives. You are welcome to conduct your research. By the time you get to them I would have informed them already, there shouldn't be any resistance to participate in the research
If you permit us sir "Community leader", we would like to conduct qualitative research to better understand the perceptions, attitude and behaviors of the community of Springville regarding vaccination, so that we can be able to make informed decision in terms of implementing relevant public health intervention.
