- Tree-ear noticed that a farmer was losing rice from his bag and decided to tell him rather than to keep it. His kindness earned him the rice by the farmer.

- No. The Tradition Is Only Supposed To Be Passed On To The Son.
- Tree-ear had to gather clay for making pots. He used a spade and cart to gather it and carry it back.
