- Digital Comic Strip: Sound Light
- It's raining in the morning and mike is watching in the window sad.
- And then suddenly, the rain stopped and mike was schocked to see the rainbow in the sky.
- Wow! A Rainbow!
- He rushed in in the living room then told dad to come outside to look at the rainbow
- There it is dad! But do you know how it Hppens? Please Tell me.
- Dad, Look! There's a rainbow.
- Where is it?
- Ok, I'll tell it you.
- Dad explains what is a rainbow
- Rainbow is an arc of colors formed in the sky caused by the refaction dispersion of the sun,s ligth by rain other water droplets in the atmosphere
- Rainbow starts to form when sunlight hits water droplets from rain which causes refaction.
- sunlight is reflected by the back of the droplet. as this reflected light leaves the droplet, it is refracted again in multiple angles
- WoW! that's awesome dad! now i know how rainbows formed.
- While spectrum has a different wavelengths frequencies. The visible light are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet. also known as colors
- while dispersion of light in water droplets results in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky. in this example, water droplets acts a prism
- No problem. come on let's have some ice cream.
- Refraction is a process where light bends due to being placed in a different medium.
