Storyboard Text
- Tom wakes up and is devastated to find that his last chance to go into the garden is gone After finding that the previous night the garden was no longer there, tom gets ready with his stuff and then goes and has breakfast with his aunt and uncle.
- As tom's eating breakfast his aunt and uncle decide that it will be too much for tom to catch a train across the state all by himself, so therefore his uncle Alan will drive him. Tom finishes eating breakfast and gets ready to leave with uncle Alan.
- As Tom is getting ready to leave he hears his uncle Alan arguing with Mrs Bartholomew about last nights disturbance, she says she wants an apology from Tom, his aunt and uncle say disagree with her but tom says he is willing to apologies to her
- Tom goes up to her apartment and knocks on the door she opens up and says, so what's your name he says tom, “tom what” tom long, she touches him and says your real all flesh and blood, toms confused he goes to apologises when mrs Bartholomew says “ its me Hatty, tom is confused.
- Tom goes inside to sit with Mrs Bartholomew,Tom and mrs Bartholomew sit down she tells him what happened with the garden, she says after the great freeze when tom and Hatty skated to ely Hatty and Barty got married a year later, they left the house and lived on one of Barty's parents yards.
- they lived there for a while, the cousins went into the family business but Edgar and Hubart left and James was left alone, the business was failing so he had to sell the house and the furniture, so Hatty and Barty went and bought the house and all the furniture in it including the grandfather clock. she goes on to tell him more but tom has to go home and the story ENDS.
