- And the king found Daniel and took him to the lions den. Before Daniel went in, the king said to him "May your God rescue you."
- The men found the kind and told him about Daniel and what he had done
- We could hear Daniel praying in his house! He prays to God three times a day!!
- This just isn't like Daniel. How could he have done this?!
- The king was so sad for Daniel so he spent the whole night fasting and he couldn't sleep at all!
- King Darius was very upset to hear this about Daniel. He spent the whole night trying to think of a way to save Daniel for the lion's den.
- I can't seem to figure out a way to save Daniel from the lion's den without the people getting angry with me
- The men found the king and reminded him that no loss signed by the babylonian king could be overruled. So the king had to give orders for Daniel to be thrown into the lions den
- Well! Better go find Daniel!!
- Very well. I officially give orders for Daniel to be put into the lions den for what he has done
- May your God who you serve faithfully rescue you for mthe lion's den
- In the morning, the king went to the doors of the lion's den, hoping that God would have rescued Daniel. Daniel could hear the king trying to speak to him
- I am okay and God has rescued me! The lions are peaceful with me
