- The story takes place in camp green lake which used to be a town with a big lake . The main character is Stanley who gets sent to camp green because people say he stole a famous players shoes but he didn't really steal them.When he gets to camp green lake he digs holes to build character but they really dig to find the buried treasure of Stanley´s great great grandfather the Kissin Kate stole and buried the treasure there when the lake was dried out.
- Falling Action
- Stanley finds a golden tube but was actually lipstick with initials K.B which stands for Kate Barlow but gives it to X-ray. X-ray gives the golden tube to Mr. Pendaski in the morning so he could get the whole day off. The warden make the boys dig around them because she thinks that Kissin Kate Barlow's Treasurer that she buried and stole from Stanley's great grandfather when green lake dried out and where Sam got shot at and Where the Mary Lou was at when Stanley found Zero at and also found sploosh but where actually KAtes Spiced Peaches. The Mary Lou was also where Kate Died because of a yellow spotted lizard.
- RESOLUTION
- The climax is when Stanley carries Zero up the mountain and breaks his family’s curse. He breaks the family curse because he did what Elya his great great great grandfather didn't do which was carry Madam Zeroni up the mountain but since Hector and Madam Zeroni are related and Stanley and Elya are related Stanley carry's Hector which is like Elya carrying up Madam Zeroni up gods thumb where Stanley great grandfather found salvation and survived when Kate Barlow stole his loot. When Stanley carry's hector up the mountain he sings the song that Elya was supposed to sing to Madam Zeroni and it was the song that Stanleys mom sang to him. Stanleys sings him the song and breaks the curse.
- Character Development
- Stanley and Hector decide to go back to the camp because Stanley knows where his great grandfather treasurer was buried by Kate Barlow because she stole it from him. Once they get to camp green lake and start digging the hole that Stanley thinks the treasure is buried at. As soon as they pull it out the Warden Mr. Pendanski And Mr.Sir come with guns and point the at Stanley and Hector. The Warden tells them to give the suit case to her but the discover a whole family of yellow spotted lizards like the ones that Kate let bite her.
- Stanley's family gets wealthy because he found his great grandfathers treasurer. Stanley and Zero split the money evenly and they all go happy home.
