The Stolen Gold

- I, Sir Kilpatrick was one of the king’s great knights and I was put over the king's wealth. Somehow the gold was stolen right from under my nose and I was then thrown in the kingdom’s deepest, darkest, most forgotten cell. The cell had a portal to a future world that I fell into.
- I landed in a murky pond on a ranch that belonged to the President of the United States. The President found me, cleaned me up, and gifted me the filly of his prized horse.
- After eavesdropping on a conversation between a friend of the President, Ricky the Pirate, I eventually found all the gold stored in a safe inside the President’s house and I also found a ring that is used to go back through the pond to the medieval time period.
- Instead of appearing in the dungeon, we appeared on the edge of the ocean with the castle insight a few miles inland. I reached the castle and explained the situation to the king. He believed me and sent his squadron with me to retrieve the gold. We went back to the future through the portal in the dungeon, but Shadow had to stay behind because she was too big to fit in the portal.
- Immediately we charged up to the President’s house in search of the gold. Thankfully he was not home at the time so we immediately went to work retrieving all the gold from the safe. When we were almost finished, the president showed up and had brought his entire secret service team! The king’s squadron and I raced from the house back towards the pond. I once again slipped on the ring, and we all jumped in at the same time with the gold in hand.
- Because the President and his secret service were still on the shore, the king’s squadron, my dad Ricky, and I sailed around the shore and up a river that accessed the castle. With great joy the king received his gold. The king honored me and my dad for the bravery and loyalty that we had shown. The king gave us a portion of the gold as a gift and allowed us to stay at the castle as long as we needed to. He even reinstated me as a knight.
