  • I know phones are the coolest thing in the world right now. But did you know that there are different types of attachments?
  • Emotional attachment is a normal part of development. You teens nowadays are driven to connect to those that provide a sense of protection, comfort, and validation. Attachment can be toxic if you rely on others or your phone to satisfy you.
